This canvas is 4" x 4", so quite a small area to work on compared to the other canvas's I've done. I started by covering the whole of the front of the canvas with Marigold Distress Crackle Paint. When this was dry I stamped the bird directly onto the canvas using jet black archival ink. I then masked the bird and randomly stamped the flower/tree stamp using distress ink and then I embossed it using clear powder. Finally I used a gold krylon pen to edge the canvas. All the stamps used on this are Tim Holtz / Stampers Annonymous.This weeks challenge on My Time To Craft is Birds.
